Right before the summer holidays, two brilliant students received their MSc degrees from the TU Delft cum laude (with honors).

Francesca Drummer successfully defended her thesis on Predicting immune responses from multi-modal single-cell data with variational inference and . Francesca was co-supervised by Mikhael Manurung.

Kirti Bihar successfully defended her thesis Improving Cell Type Matching across Species in scRNA-seq Data using Protein Embeddings and Transfer Learning. Kirti was co-supervised by Lieke Mickielsen.
