Tamim presents SCHNEL at ECCB2020

Tamim Abdelaal paper on SCHNEL was accepted for an oral talk at the European Computational Biology Conference (ECCB) 2020. SCHNEL is a scalable clustering method of large single-cell datasets. Of course, the conference took place virtually but nevertheless, we enjoyed it very much and look forward to the next edition.

While we wait for the final version of the manuscript to appear in Bioinformatics, you can read more about SCHNEL in the preprint and try it out your self using our python and R implementations. SCHNEL is also available within Cytosplore-Transcriptomics.
